Hi, I’m Steve — Founder of Taylor Universal Fitness.
I started Taylor Universal Fitness because I saw too many people feel discouraged, overlooked, or defeated by fitness programs that weren’t built for them—especially adults who had been sedentary, dealing with pain, or told to “just take it easy.”
My background in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, nutrition coaching, and rehabilitation-focused training allows me to work with the body you have today—not the body you think you’re supposed to have.
